Early Alzheimer’s Disease
Study details: A phase 2 study aimed at assessing the long-term safety and tolerability of study drug in subjects with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease or mild Alzheimer’s disease.

Bipolar Disorder
Study details: Exploring anti-inflammatory agents as an augmentation to usual therapy for bipolar depression.

Major Depressive Disorder
Study details: A phase 2 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of a single intravenous infusion of study drug in subjects with major depressive disorder who are not currently taking other antidepressant medications.

Major Depressive Disorder
Study details: Evaluation of the utility of genetic testing in making decisions about psychotropic medications in patients who have had an inadequate response.

Treatment-Resistant Depression
Study details: A phase 2 study assessing the efficacy and safety of multiple intravenous infusions of study drug in subjects with inadequate or partial response to antidepressants.
