Dr. Ablah received a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from St. Olaf College, a Master of Public Health from the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, and a Master and Doctorate in Community Psychology from Wichita State University.
Dr. Ablah is a professor in the Department of Population Health at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. Her research interests include community-based participatory research, physical activity and healthy foods, the built environment, worksite wellness and health impact assessments.
