Failure to Thrive Clinic

failure to thrive

KU Wichita Pediatrics physicians are dedicated to providing quality care to our tiniest of patients with the goal of having happy, healthy children.  The pediatric failure to thrive clinic is designed to evaluate infants and young children when concerns for inadequate growth arise. The clinic is offered by Gretchen Homan M.D., a board certified pediatrician, along with our dietician and social work team members.

Ideally, any previous growth charts and outside records will be reviewed prior to the first visit. Most patients will have an initial evaluation followed by ongoing growth monitoring appointments over time to evaluate the effectiveness of the individualized assessment and treatment plan. We are happy to see patients from all over the Kansas region and can coordinate with your primary care provider to identify a health care plan that fits for you.
