JayDoc Awards Banquet
The JayDoc Awards Banquet is a celebration benefiting the JayDoc Community Clinic and recognizing its service to the Wichita community. Founded in 2005, the JayDoc Community Clinic is a student-run clinic that provides affordable health care to medically underserved patients while also offering an opportunity for medical and pharmacy students to gain hands-on clinical experience.
With your help, we can continue to improve the health of our community!
2021 JayDoc Community Clinic fundraiser
The 2021 JayDoc Community Clinic fundraiser and silent auction, previously scheduled for March 20, 2021, will now be virtual. The live banquet (Cuisine for Vaccines) has been canceled due to the continued COVID-19 pandemic, but our silent auction will take place virtually!
Since we are not able to host the banquet this year, we hope you will consider supporting JayDoc Community Clinic in one of the following ways:
- Consider a direct donation to JayDoc Community Clinic at kuendowment.org/jaydoc_wichita.
- Support our virtual silent auction March 15-March 20. (Complete details below)

T-shirt and sweatshirt fundraiser
In addition, Wichita Student Coordinating Committee, in conjunction with JayDoc Community Clinic, is hosting a T-shirt and sweatshirt fundraiser, all proceeds of which will be donated to JayDoc Community Clinic. This year, our goal is to raise money to improve our patients' health through providing pneumovax vaccines to our high-risk uninsured patients. Our goal is to provide 100 pneumovax vaccines this year. Our estimated cost for this is $13,000. Please help us reach this goal!
We are continually grateful to the KUSM-Wichita community for your support of our clinic and our mission to provide free care to the uninsured patients in our community. Thank you!
If you have already purchased a ticket to the banquet, KU Endowment will be contacting you.
