The Ten-Minute Talk

Learning Objectives:

  • The learner will know the advantages and disadvantages of brief lectures.
  • The learner will be able to construct an effective 10-minute talk including handouts and cases.
  • The learner will know how to enhance the effectiveness of the brief talk by involving other learners and using techniques which facilitate human memorization.
