Photography & Videography

Photography and videography services on the Wichita Campus are coordinated by Public Affairs. Images used in external promotion and communication are available for department use by request at no charge.

Basic headshots are taken by Facilities Management and available through Public Affairs. If you would like a new head shot, please contact Facilities Management at wicfac@kumc.edu to schedule an appointment.

When images are needed for department-specific use, a variety of options are available through Public Affairs:

• basic head shots used on badges and other existing photographs free of charge
• user-friendly digital camera and backdrop (as available on a first-come, first-served basis) for check out free of charge
• professional photography and videography services as merited

Please complete and submit the appropriate Request Form below as far in advance as possible.

• For requests for existing photos, a minimum of one business day is appreciated.
• For department-specific requests, at least two weeks in advance are appreciated.
