KU Wichita Pediatric Clinics provide outpatient care that supports the child as well as the family. Our physicians are committed to providing first-rate pediatric care for Wichita's unique population of children, including those with special needs. We provide care for children from birth through age 21 including physical exams, treatment, well-child care, and immunizations. When inpatient care is needed, we partner with Wesley Children's Hospital and our team of inpatient pediatricians who provide round-the-clock care for children who are admitted.
Our physicians are active in groundbreaking medical research in areas such as safe sleep, ADHD, and quality improvement. They are also committed to educating new doctors for Kansas, providing education for medical students and residents in both the classroom and the clinic.
We offer special clinics for Adolescents, Asthma, Cystic Fibrosis, Childhood Obesity, Failure to Thrive, Child Abuse, PKU and Galactosemia, and Cerebral Palsy/Medically Complex Children. We also provide care to young people in the Sedgwick County Juvenile Detention programs.
KU Wichita Pediatrics treats about 30,000 patients each year and we're the largest Medicaid vaccine provider in the state.
We also offer general outpatient lab services with orders from your specialist. Call 316-962-3100 for an appointment.
