Requests for scheduling videoconferences should be made by
first contacting Information Technology Services
Services (call 293-2605) for room availability, along with any
off-site room reservations. Once rooms are confirmed, fill out the
online form. Some of the more important
scheduling information requirements are:
- Date and time of conference(s)
- Estimated number of participants at local site (to determine
size of room)
- Distant site(s) involved in conference
- Types of audiovisual equipment required during presentation
Service fees may be assessed.
