Network Space Restrictions

• Network drive space is a finite resource shared with everyone at KUSM-W
• Allocation on S: depends on several factors. If you have special disc requirements, contact IT Services to discuss your situation
• The most common reasons for the “Out of Disk Space” error are:
  • E-mail archives are not maintained
  • Duplicate files
  • Obsolete and/or old files
  • Files downloaded from Internet
• The department supervisor is responsible for department space allocation, and
  they have access to all user directories for their department
