Effective July 1, 2008

Off campus AV and conference support

• $400 per day, ($400 minimum)
  
• +$100 per additional room, per day
• $150 for ARS use
  

On campus conference support

• 0-3 hours $75
• 3-6 hours $150
• 6-9 hours $225
• over 9 hours $300
• +$50 per additional room per day

On campus AV support

• $15 setup fee for Service level 2 & 3
  (Power up equipment for us, technical assistance getting started)
  No charge for independent use. We offer training at no charge.
  
  
• $25 per hour fee for Service level 4
  (Tech for duration of the event)
  
  
• $15 delivery charge for equipment delivery
  (TV's, xray box, video camera, ARS, tape recorder, etc.)
  No charge if picked up.
  
  
• Outside business hours (7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) $75 per hour

• GroupWise Mobile setup fee $50 (one time charge)

Network Connectivity

• $45 per month on campus
• $50 per month remote locations
• Support for University computers not networked (laptops, etc) $50 first hour, $30 each subsequent hour
• Large printer/copier/fax network setup fee is $100

• Installation
  Phone installation costs varies by specific job. A typical digital phone installation without a new wiring installation is $57. Contact Information Technology Services for an exact quote.
• Cable Install $75
• Voicemail installation $25
• Monthly Costs (listed for the most frequently used services):

• Typical monthly charges for a basic digital set with voice mail total $49.50/month
• Toll Free Services
  $10 installation
  $10/month + $0.10/minute actual usage

All fees for partial month service will be prorated accordingly.

Videoconference and Satellite

• Videoconference Room Charge Per Session, Non-KU Affiliate $50
