If you already have an open request and you need to speak to the person assigned to that request, you may call us direct at the numbers listed on the staff page.

We have taken measures to ensure that the help desk phone is covered during working hours; however, if for some reason you are unable to reach us and your request is urgent you may page Penni Smith by calling 316-579-3614. You may press the number 1 at any point in the message.
