GroupWise Mobile

Cell phone GroupWise Mobile setup Fee

• The fee for setting up your cell phone to sync with GroupWise is a onetime $50 setup fee.
• The payment must be in check form.
• Please note that per policy the phone will need a lock code of at least 4 numerals.
• You will be asked for a password every 24 hours.
• When you change your password, you will have to go to gwms.kusmw.kumc.edu to reset the password there.
• KUSM-W is not responsible for the services related to contacts, memos, etc. on the phone, only the email service.

Please stop by and it will take about 30 minutes of your time to get you set up and acquainted with GroupWise mobile.

Levels of AV Support

• Level 1 - Independent use of equipment at no charge (no appointment in A.V. calendar needed)
• Level 2 - Please power up the equipment and have it ready, no tech assistance needed - $15
• Level 3 - assistance getting started, but not for the duration - $15
• Level 4 - Tech for duration of the event - $25 per hour

Conference Fees

• On Campus Fee
  • 0-3 hours $75
  • 3-6 hours $150
  • 6-9 hours $225
  • Over 9 hours $300
  • = $50 per additional room per day
• Off Campus Fees
  • $400 per day, ($400 minimum)
  • +$100 per additional room, per day
