KUSM-W YPW Members
The KU School of Medicine-Wichita has had an active role in the success of the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of Wichita (YPW) program since it began. YPW is designed to attract and retain diverse young talent in our community and provides an excellent opportunity to hone leadership skills, and network with other young professionals.
As a Corporate Investor in the program, KUSM-W faculty, staff, students and residents are eligible to join at no cost. Current staff and medical students actively involved are listed here. Although, YPW, says their membership is geared to those between the ages of 21 and 39, the group does not discriminate against those over 40. Any young professionals with a desire to become more involved and aware of the benefits of living and working in Wichita, are encouraged to join.
