WICHITA, KAN. - The KU School of Medicine-Wichita is participating in Wichita's World AIDS Day program, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the Garvey Kiva, 250 W. Douglas. Attendees are encouraged to park in the adjacent parking garage and follow balloons to the Kiva.
The event will feature a medical update by KU Wichita physician Donna Sweet, information from supportive agencies, personal testimonies, and musical performances by Karla Burns and Lalanea Chastain.
