All visits are by appointment only by calling 316-962-3100 If you require a same-day appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate your medical needs. If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. When 24 hours advance notice is not possible, we would still appreciate a call so we can offer that appointment to someone else who may have an emergency. If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment, we may no longer offer you appointments in our Clinic.
Please allow time to check in for your appointment. If you arrive late we may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
New Patients should arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to fill out a health history questionnaire. Please be prepared to have your child's picture taken, present yours and your child's social security number, insurance card and a photo ID when you check in.
Medication Refill Policy
When you need a refill of a medication, please contact your pharmacy to request the refill. The pharmacy will contact the clinic for authorization. Refills will only be approved for requests before 4 pm daily. Requests after 4 pm and on weekend or holidays will not be authorized until the next business day.
Payment and Insurance
For your convenience, we will bill your insurance company directly. To insure that we file the claim correctly we will need a copy of the current card at the time of your visit. If you have questions regarding coverage, please contact your insurance company. We accept most insurance plans that specify Wesley Medical Center as the preferred hospital and participate in all Medicaid plans.
Co-payments are required at the time of service. We accept cash, check and most credit cards.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to manage your insurance, which may require a doctor's referral for visits to a specialist and emergency care that is not life-threatening. It is your responsibility to obtain such referrals before your visit. We may have to reschedule your appointment if your referral has not been obtained by the time of the appointment.
If you are not covered under insurance, we do expect a partial payment at the time of the visit and will set you up on a payment plan. Please speak with the receptionist about the payment requirement.
We have a discount program available for patients who are without insurance coverage. Please ask our patient coordinators if this program is for you.
