Hematology and Oncology Specialist - Makes recommendations for follow-up based on team's assessments.
Endocrinologist, Metabolism and Diabetes Specialist - Specializes in bone health, cardiovascular health, menopause, fertility issues, weight concerns, and diabetes.
Patient Navigator - Main point of contact at the Center. Makes referrals to resources, obtains medical records, meets with survivor to explain recommendations of team. Hosts free educational programs.

We partner with LIVESTRONG at the Y, a 12-week supervised program for cancer survivors designed to build muscle mass and strength and increase flexibility and endurance. Another option is for us to provide basic, time-limited gym fees to assist you in meeting your exercise goals.
Palmer Physical Therapy for Women
Specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction following breast surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Incorporates preventive medicine to avoid long-term problems.
