Finding Journals at Farha Medical Library. We have access to more than 13,000 online journals from our online journal Web page. In addition, we subscribe to print journals, which are located in the lower level of the library.

MDConsult is a Web-based clinical resource that is available for KUSM-W affiliates. MDConsult is a compilation of 49 full-text textbooks, 71 journals, 5,000 patient education handouts, drug information, practice guidelines, MEDLINE, and medical information updates. MDConsult has a student union section and a CME Center. Call the library 316-293-2629 for registration.

UpToDate is a full-text web based evidence based medicine resource of clinical topics, which delivers precise answers to clinicians at the point-of–care.

EndNote is now available on all library computers. EndNote is bibliographic management software.

Consumer Health Information. Refer patients, family and friends to the Consumer Health Web site. This information is from the National Library of Medicine and contains links to over 700 medical conditions, diseases and wellness, medical tests, directories, encyclopedias, drug information and medical news.

Library Classes are free to KUSM-W staff, students, residents and faculty.
