Fees

Cabling

Network/Phone Cable Installation is now provided by an external vendor.  Please contact IT and they will coordinate the installation of the cabling and obtain the quote from the vendor.  Departments will pay the vendor directly.

Network Connection Fee

  • There is an annual network connection fee for a computer of $600.  This applies to both wired and wireless devices.
  • There is an annual network connection fee for a networked printer of $600.
  • Offsite annual network connection fee for computers and printers is $650.

All fees for partial month service will be prorated accordingly.

Phones

  • There is an annual lease fee for a telephone of $84
  • There is an annual network connection fee for a telephone of $600
  • There is an annual network connection fee for an analog phone line of $600
  • Offiste annual network connection fee for telephones is $650
  • Offsite analog phone lines must be ordered directly from an external telephone service provider. Please contact IT for assistance.

All fees for partial month service will be prorated accordingly.

Tech Fees

Non-network computer support, AV support, on-campus conference support

  • $32 per hour, minimum 1 hour during normal business hours
  • $48 per hour, minimum 1 hour outside of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F

Audio Visual Fees

Offsite equipment rental fees

  • Projector $200 per day*
  • Wireless microphone $60 per day*
  • Audience response system $25 per day*

*Equipment is only available for use for university business.

AV Support

  • AV setup fee for Service Levels 2 & 3 $32 per hour, minimum 1 hour
  • Technician Fees $32 per hour
  • Technician Fees outside of the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F $48 per hour  

Levels of AV Support

  • Level 1 - Independent use of equipment at no charge (no appointment in A.V. calendar needed)
  • Level 2 - Please power up the equipment and have it ready $32 per hour, minimum 1 hour
  • Level 3 - assistance getting started, but not for the duration - $32 per hour, minimum 1 hour
  • Level 4 - Tech for duration of the event - $32 per hour, 1 hour minimum

Conference Fees

  • On Campus Conference support will be charged based on the $32 per hour tech fee with minimum 1 hour per tech, $48 per hour for after hours support
  • Off Campus  Conference support will be charges based on a tech rate of $48 per hour, per tech plus equipment rental fees
