| The vision of the KU School of Medicine-Wichita is to be the premier center for community-focused medical education and scholarship. Our core values will guide our decision making in reaching our vision.
Social Responsibility and Community Orientation
Definition
Our activities and programs have relevance and benefit to the improvement of health in our community and state.

KUSM-W is able to effect change and improvements in medicine and public health through partnerships that are local, regional, national and international at both the individual and organization levels.
