Duplicate W-2 Information

Duplicate W-2 Wage and Tax Statements can be ordered through the online State of Kansas Self Service Center. Employees will need their employee identification numbers to login. First time users will need to obtain a password by calling the 800 number listed on the site and will need to have their employee identification number available when calling.
