"Peter
Johnson - Prints and Paintings," 18 paintings and prints by Peter
Johnson, will be displayed Sept. 21 through Oct. 26 in the William J.
Reals Gallery of Art-East at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, Johnson is owner and operator of the Circle Gallery and Frame Shop in El Dorado, Kan. He paints in acrylic and also produces lithographs, etchings and engravings. One of Johnson's reduction wood blocks, "Northern River," is on permanent display at the medical school. The exhibition, which is free and open to the public, is available during regular gallery hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The building is closed to the public Saturdays and Sundays.
