The Department of Family and Community Medicine, University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, has an active practice-based research network of physicians in Kansas who will respond to brief E-mail surveys. The surveys are short and take less than five minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Only aggregate data is reported. Results of the surveys are available to participants.
