(Beyond 2001)

The CD presentation, (Beyond 2001), is to be used to promote the KU School of Medicine-Wichita. It may be used for student, resident, faculty and staff recruitment and to educate the public about the medical school. It may not be used for any commercial purpose.

For one time use, a copy may be borrowed from University Relations. If the copy is damaged, lost or stolen, the borrower must pay for the replacement.

For multiple uses of the presentation, a copy may be purchased from Educational Technology for $20, but University Relations, based on appropriate use, must approve all sales.

This presentation may not be copied. It would be a violation of the medical school's copyright and individuals making unauthorized copies will be sanctioned by the administration.


Future presentations

All promotional CD presentations must be authorized through University Relations and developed by Educational Technology. Educational Technology will provide a cost estimate on the production.

All scripts must be written or approved by University Relations. University Relations will provide a cost estimate, if appropriate, on script development.

University Relations must review the final product and a copy of the presentation provided to University Relations for reference and archival purposes.
