How to Schedule an Exam

To schedule (Step 1 or Step 2), please email Karen Drake (kdrake@kumc.edu) or call Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) at 316-293-2603.

In order to schedule your exam (Step 1 or 2), you must provide the following information:

• requested test date
• your full name
• your phone number
• your scheduling number (nine-digit # starting with "01" in the body of your scheduling permit)

Expect to receive a confirmation number within 24 hours of contacting ASA.

To schedule Step 3 you must contact prometric directly. Please check with Academic and Student Affairs first for date availability.

Testing Day Procedure

On your scheduled testing day, plan to arrive at 7:30 am. You must bring with you:

• your scheduling permit
• a valid government picture ID with name as it appears on your scheduling permit

Parking is available in the Red Lot.

A refrigerator and microwave are available if you want to bring your lunch. Vending machines are available in the basement of the school.
