Insurance Information

KU Medical School requires all medical students to be covered by medical insurance. All new students must show proof of health insurance at time of enrollment. Students may enroll in a plan of choice or the plan provided by the state. If at anytime insurance coverage changes the student must provide a current copy of their card to Academic and Student Affairs – Wichita. And if at any time during a medical student’s tenure at KU Medical School, his or her health insurance lapses, he or she may be subject to dismissal from school.

Academic and Student Affairs – Wichita will provide listings of vacant rentals and or individuals looking for roommates.
