General Purchasing and Account Information

There are multiple funds available to the KUSM-W for purchasing purposes, each with its own set of regulations. This section of the Administrative and Financial Services web site pertains to the following:
State of Kansas regulated funds (or speedtypes) that are processed through the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, utilizing PeopleSoft. Financial Reports can be ran by KUSM-W employees with PeopleSoft access.

KUEA (private) funds/accounts are contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations.   These funds are invested and administered by the Kansas University Endowment Association in Lawrence, utilizing the IFAS accounting system.  Financial reports can be ran by KUSM-W employees with IFAS access.
